Refund and return policy

Returns allowed within 14 days of delivery date with notification by email luma@siol.net. Damages covered. Refund processed after goods inspection, excluding shipping fees. Allow up to 14 days for processing.

Pricing policy

Get a discount for fabric lengths over 12 meters. Contact us at luma@siol.net with your business address and fabric list to inquire. We will confirm stock, invoice you, and include shipping costs.

We solely use customer data, such as personal information and payment details, for order-related communication and shipping purposes. Phone numbers are specifically gathered for delivery purposes.

Out of Stock Items

If an item is out of stock, you can opt for email notifications. You'll be informed once the item is available again. For larger quantities requiring a special order, a 30% upfront payment is mandatory. If you cancel later, the 30% payment is non-refundable.

Shipping

Once your order is packed, it will be shipped within 1-3 business days. We use either GLS ( General Logistic Company) for European destinations or DHL Express for other countries. Shipping times vary between 1-4 days, based on the destination. If fabric is out of stock, we'll email you promptly.

International shipping and taxes

International Shipping and taxes For international orders going to countries outside the European Union (EU), customers are responsible for any import taxes or customs duties, not included in the purchase price. Neglecting import taxes and repeated package returns could result in a shopping ban on our website.
